Frequently Asked Questions


When does the 4 week program start?
The program officially starts Monday February 10th, 2020. Every Monday for 4 weeks, you will receive a new module. Every module has videos and pdfs.
How long do I have access to the course?
Lifetime access! After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Do I need to have Facebook?
NO. This course is on its own site which you can access via your browser or app on desktop or mobile. All of the videos and pdfs are inside of here skylandish.teachable.com and they will stay here. For the weekly Q&A sessions, we will use a free program called Zoom which you can also access from desktop or mobile. There is a facebook group if you would like for community support but you DO NOT NEED FACEBOOK in order to use this program.
What if I have questions?
There are several ways to get your questions answered: 1. There are 4 LIVE Q&A sessions, one every week for 4 weeks, during the program. This is your chance to speak me directly and ask me any questions regarding what you are learning and applying. 2. If you are part of the facebook group, I will be active during the 4 weeks of the program and will answer questions there. 3. You can always email me at [email protected] and get any questions answered that way. I am 100% committed to your success!
Is this program for Vegans?
NO. I am a dietary Vegan but do not force my views or choices on anyone. You can eat healthier and create a great lifestyle without going vegan. I will provide all the healthier carnivore protein choices as well as plant based protein choices and you can pick and choose as you see fit.
Will I lose weight?
Yes. If you follow this program, not only will you will absolutely lose weight but More importantly, you will be creating a New, Healthy Lifestyle for life- which means you will continue to lose weight and keep the weight off for good! That is what we ultimately want.
